It starts like every couple minutes and spikes my CPU usage to 100%. If I end task it just comes back a couple minutes later.

Look i dont have a desktop to hide under my desk. Nor do i have fancy wireless accessories. Cables are as they are. Wont get much better. Even lubed up the keyboard.
