Let it dry then it’ll be fine. When dry it is not conductive, it’ll just flake off and become part of the case dust. You could brush it off then.
Though how you cut yourself fitting an M.2 drive is completely baffling to me. Did you excavate any Egyptian ruins lately?

Every time I open a PC up I invariably end up cutting/scratching/grazing myself somehow.
Blood on non electrical surfaces will have zero impact. Only time I’d worry is if it got into connections and created a short.
Run a quick scan to see if windows defender detects the aids virus, if not, you’re both fine.
It’s not your pc until your bloods in it.
