CS2 = 30 fps or less on my 4090.
ASA = 40 to 130 fps depending on RTX settings with everything else EPIC.
It’s apples to oranges, and honestly, ASA runs better on my hardware than CS2, even in the late game. CS2 runs fine at the beginning but goes to crap when Pop hits 30K.
I will say, though, they are both a mess and should have been put through a hell of a lot more testing prior to release.
Another reason ASA wins…… they at least had the smarts to label it early access on the stream page.

ASA updates recently made me go from 60 to 100ish frames at ultrawide 1440p. it was just bad performance on launch really

I feel like Ark isn’t even close to CS2. CS2 is so bad Tech Jesus had to benchmark a 4090 at 1080p medium and low. Yikes.

Unoptimized yes, but I definitely wouldn’t call ASA unfinished. I have come across no bugs so far

I bought skyline 2 and i have no problem with it. Maybe later in the game when the city will be bigger but all paradox game are like this the first years. They scale a lot so they require timevto be optimized
