What are some safe (even numbered) timings for my RAM?

So i changed the paste but put back the pad for the memory and it turns on but it hâd No video, after a few tries it almost loaded the logo for gigabyte. Any idea what can i do?

I’m new to this, like this is my first OC, i5 7600K to 4,8Ghz. Temps during stress test.

Are Superposition and 3DMark actually good for gauging how effective an overclock is?
