So i changed the paste but put back the pad for the memory and it turns on but it hâd No video, after a few tries it almost loaded the logo for gigabyte. Any idea what can i do?

You killed it, cooler looks missaligned.
Chip probably Cracked.
take it apart once more and inspect it.
Time to take it apart and see what you broke
