I am having some issues with my stock settings. It seems my GPU and CPU and under performing in the 3DMark tests. Does anyone have any suggestions for overclocking? Components are on the third image.

I set the CL from 30 to 28 and it happened to work with no issues. I am completely new at this so I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong.
