Is this considered good silicon or average?

PBO3 -25 for min to med freq and -20 for high and max freq. cinebench voltage 1.19V, max temp 74-75C, Cinebench clock around 5410-5420 for all cores, sometimes can hit 5425. Power around 146W. Room temp 21-22C. Arctic 420. Tho AIO. Aida64 stress test only ran for 30min. Idle temp 35-36C.

Is this considered good silicone or average?

    That’s a good bench score, do the 30 min run to ensure stability.

    I changed priority to high in windows task manager. Without it I get 23700+. Also I ran 2×24 6000 c26 ram.
