tRAS seems high and so does tRC try lowering them if possible. tRAS drop by 2 and test then do it again and again. tRC drop by 3 tbh and do repeated stability testing. See if you can increase tREFI, increase by about 5000 each test. Lastly if you can keep this ram cool. Best of luck!

More than likely you’re having WHEA errors, which can be tested by running a OCCT Memory and Prime95 large FFT at the same time. OCCT will report WHEAs.
