  1. Thank you for checking out my documentary video on video game leaks! This took months to put together so please consider spreading the word if you liked it. Maybe one day I will do a volume 2 if people like this one enough. For now though, enjoy!

  2. All of my YouTube is business videos and car stuff but I love this channel. Probably my favorite channel on all of YouTube.

  3. I know some people like leaks, whether they're true or false.
But I've always hated them, cause it just ruins any anticipation I had for a game before stuff like the trailers and final release come out.
And now I work in the industry, it's even more of a mixed bag because it can be something as simple as a plot leak or it can be half the game code.

  4. Experiencing the Smash 4 leaks was great. Shulk was one of my most wanted newcomers for that game, so his official reveal had me stoked.

  5. Aside from the GTA 6 leak, the leak of Last of Us Part II is still one of the most unfortunate ones cause in combination with many things that happened at the time, it has changed the perception of TLOU and Naughty Dog for so many people and it's a bummer.

  6. I can't believe that kid could legitimately say "my parent works (or worked) for Nintendo."

  7. The story about the Nintendo of America employee getting fired because of their kid is kind of sad to me, but I guess that’s what happens when you don’t actually monitor what’s going on with important company assets.

  8. Kinda feel bad for the kid that inadvertently got their parent fired from Nintendo because their friend(s) couldn't be trusted to keep a secret.

  9. I almost didn't click on this because I thought it was a compilation of old videos! Very happy to get a new doc from Liam Robertson instead 🙂 It could be more clearly labelled. all the characters in the thumbnail made me think it was a bunch of videos stitched together

  10. Smash leaks were a wild time. I used to do brand work for Nintendo of Europe at trade shows, and I remember around the time Ken leaked in Ultimate, I used the demo build we had available to take some vague comparison shots to validate whether the leaks were legit. Same sizing, same angle etc. I shared those pics with one friend and went about my day, by the time I'd gotten home from my shift about 3 hours later, they'd ended up being featured in an Alpharad and a GameXplain video. They'd credited them to a lone 'Best Buy Employee' – my country doesn't even have Best Buy, ha! 😀

  11. Even if I watched it on Liam's Patreon, I am gonna rewatch it again. Great video. Love how each story escalated more and more.

  12. A not-so-wise man once said, "The internet is more secure on leaks." They might say that but….lol.
Although, I do like the never-ending war between hackers. Some are good as they help companies after receiving a lashing from fans on their poor-quality games, like Cyberpunk 2077. And well, they're guys willing to do it for the money.

  13. I have no respect for people who leak unannounced information. They ruin the surprise for millions, mess up all the hard work the people making it have gone to to keep it secret and for what? 5 Minutes of petty satisfaction that "I know something no one else knows"?!

  14. 2:03 I'm sorry but I can't stand the way the person's name is pronounced 😅 … it's NOT "Tripla", it's clearly "Triple H", a reference to the WWE wrestler…
