  1. Dunno if it matters or not but you have an Alabama addy showing on the Nintendo Power. I fuggin LOVE this series btw! Thank you!

  2. Shoutout to patrons Yeethus and Zangril… I guess I forgot to move up the list a bit lol.

  3. I wish the Super Scope was more popular, it is the best light gun experience I've ever had. I want to live in a world with a lot more classic Super Scope games, where a friend can bring their own Super Scope over for some sick bazooka co-op.

  4. I'm surprised at the shot graphics for Yoshi's Safari. Missed the opportunity to shoot shells or fire flower fireballs.

  5. I remember when I was at Disneyworld and I went on the Alien Encounter. It was FREAKY! I was shaken up after that show and the thing that made me feel better was going to a nearby arcade and playing Alien VS Predator the Arcade Game. Too bad the SNES game wasn't a port of the arcade.

  6. Next week is gonna be lit with the console release of MK and Gunstar Heroes if that's the game Jared is hinting on and I'm certain it might be.

  7. the best laugh for the mortal kombat scream was the ad i got in the middle was of the newest mortal kombat game lol, now my friday is complete and my weekend can begin

  8. Ooooh, I rented Battle Cars back in the day but couldn't find it ever again nor knew its name until now. Now I can track it down and see if it's as good as six year old me remembers!

  9. I'm pretty sure Nintendo designed the Super Scope that way because they also wanted to make sure not to make a toy out of anything that remotely resembled any real guns that the parents might have around the house. Companies were getting pretty scared that the governments were going to regulate their untamed wilderness of profit, after all.

  10. Oh my lord I forgot Yoshi's Safari existed! I wished I had gotten a Super Scope but it just never was in the cards.

  11. The absolute best game that can use the multitap is Secret of Mana. Still one the best games ever made.

  12. I was right in commenting that Yoshi's Safari would be in this episode, but I'm sure it wasn't hard to guess. The story in Dashing Desperados is so messed up😂.

Sadly I used to have the game Super Scope 6. It was bought for me as a birthday gift but I couldn't play it. One time at an old game store that no longer exists I saw the actual Super Scope accessory but for some reason I didn't tell my mom to get it. It would have been nice to have though. I know it wasn't the greatest thing like at all, but it would have been better than just having a game for it I can't play and can only watch the demos.

And SNES almost completely conquered this week. Just had to put that stupid Desperados game on Genesis to mess that up😂

  13. I got a MultiTap separately at some point, not sure how since I never got a Super Bomberman. Used it for Secret of Mana like a chad, and for NFL QB Club 98, like a chad.

  14. Smooth 16bit SNES Japanese racing jazz on, Editor Dylan! Maybe that soundtrack will get you through the next batch of sports games.

    Next week predictions without googling them;

Sega's Finest Run and Gun: GunStar Heroes

Another Mascot: It's either Plock, a humanoid I have no idea what the hell he is I'm just thankful they didn't make his outfit completely white considering he's wearing a hood so you can see how bad that would look(also he throws his body parts at bad guys), Aero the AcroBat (Yes, as in a literal bat, from the circus) or Zool the Intergalactic Ninja(which was a port from the Amiga), a cat looking alien Ninja Gremlin who needs get back to his homeworld with the power of Chupa Chups. You know that brand of Spanish lollipops? The early 90s were weird time to be a kid as everyone was trying to force Sonic and TMNT knock off animal inspired mascots down our throats. Further proof, Awesome Possum which could also be runner for what game Jared is talking about.

It Has Begun; I mean you already told earlier during the Yoshi Safari segment so nobody should be suspired that its-MORAL KOMBAT(Dut-Dut-Dut, Do-Do-Du Dut-Dut-Dut, Do-Do-Du, De-NA De-NA De-NA De-NA, come on everybody, you know the lyrics!)

  15. "The concept of a console allowing more than 2 people was practically unheard of"
sigh Nintendo had 2 different versions of their first-party 4-player adapter for the NES in 1990, The Satellite and the cheaper, non-flakey Four Score. Over 20 games supported this, including Bomberman II and Major games like RC Pro AM II and Super Off-Road. There's a spread in Nintendo Power #8 on it.

There's remembering things your own way, and then there's inventing the past. This series keeps inventing the past.

  16. I just played through Super Bomberman earlier this year. I liked it. I liked it a lot. In fact, I’d go as far as to say that it was… DAH BOMB (OH NO HE DIDN’T 🤪)!!!

  17. I Like how both of you make the presentation, never bored watch your video guy's 👍👍👍
And i love retro games 😁

  18. Yoshi's Safari was one of those games I always wanted to play, but couldn't justify asking my parents to buy a big accessory just for one game.
Years later I'm still terribly curious about the game. I really should give it a try.

  19. As a huge SNES fanboy… This was the first time I've ever heard of "Battle Cars" & it looks crazy!
