Ram overclocking issue

So im new to overclocking but i was wondering if this is clock stretching. BIOS Settings: PPT 130 / TDC 85 / EDC 130 CO -30 All cores. (Stable as far as i can tell after testing). No AutoOC.

Have done some tweaking, am I doing this right?
