you neeed to save a few $ and buy a new pc, even if it is just a ryzen 5600. that thing is ancient.

If your trying to undervolt.
change Offset Mode Sign too Negative/-
Then at Cpu Offset Voltage click Auto and start going up.
Maybe start with 0.1 and see if its stable if yes try .125 or go wild and try .2. But at stock clocks I would guess you probably can go 0.1-0.2 or more.
