Graphics card should be in the top PCIe slot as the other person said. If it doesn’t fit because the AIO hoses, you can flip the radiator to be tubes up. It’s not as optimal as tubes down technically, but it’s still fine and your PC will be better served that way if it’s the only way the graphics card fits in the correct slot.

bad position for your aio (maybe you chased the orientation of the logo?), please use the upper slot or primary slot for gpu just imagine you still need to insert a 6pin for the gpu and you need to put the other pin at the bottom part for usb, pin assignment, audio and so on

I recommend you check your motherboard manual to see if the bottom PCI-E x16 slot is indeed a full x16 slot with not compromises. Usually there are caveats and using the top slot closer to the CPU is ideal. For this reason, I recommned flipping the radiator so the lines are on top; it’s a still a fine position.
I also recommend turning the fans on the AIO around so they are sucking air in from the front of the case. In your current pictures you have all of your fans pulling air from inside the case and blowing it all, which is going to create a vacuum of sorts.

That’s the proper way to mount an AIO, you want to make sure that the CPU block always stays primed, so as long as at least some of the radiator is above the block you’re usually fine, at least on the most typical AIO designs with the pump in the block like yours. And there’s a couple reasons why you usually want to only use the top slot for the GPU, one it’s generally the only slot that will run at 16x and is connected straight to the GPU, many times secondary slots may only be electrically 4x and connected to the chipset or if they are connected to the CPU using the bottom slot automatically bifurcates the lanes between the top and lower slot reducing the unused top slot to 8x and only allowing your GPU to run at 8x in the bottom slot.

Rotate you CPU block 90 deg counter clockwise this will give you way more slack and clearance on the tubing. You logo will be sideways but who cares.

I have the same pump, make sure you flip fans on it to intake air. You want air coming into the front and out of top and back. Also GPU top goes in the slot as others have mentioned

Personally I would have the tube’s at the top. If bubbles get to the bottom, they will plug up the CPU mount and then kill the motor. Big IF though.

It’s good but it’s not the best, also I would change the GPU position to the top slot, if the AIO tubes are in your way consider reinstall the CPU block 90 degrees to the right
