Running the GRE at:
Core: 2803 MHz
Vram: 2560 MHz
Max wattage: 280 W

Is OC'ing the vram that much safe or will it hurt the life of the gpu no voltage change at all but i did set the power limit 20 watts higher to 280 W

You’re overclocking an already hot gpu, it’s not even worth it.

ocing the gpu doesnt hurt it, worst case u can lose some life expectancy but i believe that’s only when u do extreme ocing,

i would recommend undervolting as that will help temps and should extend the gpus lifespan slightly

Voltage is the enemy more than wattage. So you’re probably fine, but you may want to see if you can undervolt slightly to help the memory temps or get slightly better air flow to the card in the first place.
