You’re overclocking an already hot gpu, it’s not even worth it.

ocing the gpu doesnt hurt it, worst case u can lose some life expectancy but i believe that’s only when u do extreme ocing,
i would recommend undervolting as that will help temps and should extend the gpus lifespan slightly

For the most part, PC parts know how to protect themselves, and if they’ll fail, they’ll generally fail either really early or well after warranty.
Voltage is the enemy more than wattage. So you’re probably fine, but you may want to see if you can undervolt slightly to help the memory temps or get slightly better air flow to the card in the first place.
