Most likely those with binned CPUs that had some defective cores disabled and the user has just enabled one of the cores. Or just virtual machines

So, the’re more platers using two cores than twelve cores

Maybe one of those older Phenom II CPUs with disabled cores re-enabled but only one extra core is working. I remember late in Phenom II’s life cycle AMD started disabling cores in their 6 core CPUs to 4 cores if it couldn’t maintain the 6 cores for whatever reason

Edit: AMD did make [3 core](https://en.wikichip.org/wiki/amd/phenom_x3) CPUs too way back when

VM or manually disabled cores for whatever reason.

  5. I’d say those are pretty much VMs with 5 allocated cores.

  6. Maybe some dude with Athlon 🤷🏻‍♂️🦖

Kinda interesting to see, that i belong to the 0.35/0.68% (R9 5950x) area, does it mean i’m special now?
