A bit misleading… It’s $478k per month at current levels, and the article is extrapolating that out to a year at ~$6 million. I can’t imagine demand won’t settle down some once the “new” wears off.

I don’t understand why they spend so much money for this it’s so stupid. Official server are miserable (lag, hack, queue , no space to build) i wonder realy who are the players who plays more than 5min on an official player but yet they spend millions for this… I understand that they have unlimited money now but it’s still a huge waste. Valheim was a lot smarter about this imo they made the same money without spending millions for useless servers.
