I was able to pick it up from GameStop for $25 and on top of that it was during the buy 2 get 1 free and luckily they sent me the steel book edition. I picked out 2 other games under the $30 range. It was under $20 overall thanks to the buy 2 get 1.
Usually GameStop sales are terrible but once in a while usually when they’re transitioning sales from the previous week to the new week and it’s like a buy 2 get 1 free sale, you have a window of a few hours to get some good deals before they raise the used prices to the max and make the buy 2 get 1 free deal useless.
That’s also the only time I really buy from GameStop, buy 2 get 1 free.

I bought this game at launch and it had more microtransactions than a mobile game. One of the worst games I’ve ever played, and it sucks because I was a big fan of GT before that.

In terms of gran turismo the price is fair. They put out great games so they can dictate the price (yes even after 5 years)

They follow price charting + other sites prices. That’s why certain retro games like most of the old Pokemon games are above $100. You’d be an idiot to sell something at what way less than everyone else is, because everyone would buy your stock to just flip it at market value.

Had a friend that wanted to buy Xbox 360 black ops 2. GameStop only sold it in a BO1+2 bundle for $60. I paid $50 for a used xenoblade chronicles for switch.

It’s still $70 new. This is unfortunately the new reality of Sony first party game prices. They just don’t go down in price all that much anymore.

Sony sells it for 70 still, the game is still being supported, and generally gamestop is one of the cheapest places to get used games, so i dont really get this post. Nintendo games are constantly at high prices year after year because they dont release sequels every year. Same here. Gt7 has legs
