Question about unlinking and linking to a new account

So I've lost my Microsoft account that has my activision account linked to my game pass because I had re verify my account because I logged onto my account while in a different area and that triggered some safety thing and I can't get the account back. Anyway I was going to unlink my activision account from old microsoft account and link to a new account. This message has me worried because of the loss progression. I've spent a couple hundred dollars on cod points and I'm maxed prestige on black ops 6. Will unlinking and then linking to a new gamepass account make me lose everything… Thanks
