Assuming it can’t be an existing iconic, my canon streetkid V would drop a Mox themed power revolver that did extra damage during sandevestan and extended the duration significantly with kills, probably called “trans fights” with a pride flag sticker slapped onto the cylinder,
my Corpo ninja V probably drops a katana that functions similarly or insta kills out of optical camo, idk her canon weapon is one of like three iconic katanas to me, maybe some kinda combo with a kunai
Jhonny Malorian (I love that weapon), Her Majesty (Alex gun, i am doing a stealth playthrough and i’m loving this gun), Rampart 17 from a mod that i downloaded (it’s a Assault rifle, it’s absolute great for stealth) and a Silenced Ashura
A pimp Crusher auto shotgun (she’s an ex Valentino) named “Fuck Off” that does extra damage and has increased dismemberment chance while unaimed.
The only non iconic weapon I use is the Senkoh LX, the burst or fully auto tech sub machine gun. It’s amazing to use during vehicle combat, plus it slim and sleek design looks like it would fit perfectly between the seat of the car. Get it in the cherry red color so it matches my rides, the Quadra Sport R-7 “Vigilante” and Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X. I’d probably name it “Sidecar.”

Probably something similar to the Dezerter, you’re a force to be reckoned with, but the life you’re living is slowly killing you.
For those who don’t know the Dezerter does a massive amount of damage but sets you on fire and damages you in return.

For my V, he’s a corpo merc turned rebel punk akin to how british air force pilots started the punk scene through modding their bomber jackets and rebelling against the british gov.
This is important to the weapon because it is an arasaka katana called “downfall”. It has a robe with a crown on the handle on one side with a gold and white color scheme for the blade, with the billy goat arasaka tattoo design on the other side of the handle with a black and red color scheme on the other side of the blade.
Its properties are dependent on your in game choices. If you cooperate with arasaka more you gain more defense and more mitigation chance. The more you rebel with arasaka you deal more damage and have a higher crit chance. So you choose whether you want security or to actually change shit.

I am a netrunner and I try to only kill people who I think deserve it Judge Dredd style (scavengers, wraiths and some mealstrom on sight) and the rest I use system collapse or the memory wipe, reboot optics and sonic shock combo so I would have a non lethal that applies system collapse.
Maybe a non lethal melle baton so I can replace my cyberdeck with a sandevistan and just dash through a crowd knocking everyone out before they even get a shot off, or use it like a stealth knockout wand. Tinkerbell sort of does that but not reliably every time.

A power pistol called death’s hand that has two firing modes, semi auto, poison rounds and full auto fire rounds.
Applying poison with the first mode greatly increases the accuracy of the second mode and the fire rounds can cause poisoned enemies to explode like with contagion and overheat
A cut-o-matic called “Texas”. There is no chance of stealth once the rip cord is pulled. Every civilian will run at the sound, every enemy will be alerted. Can’t be block or parryed, and neither can you block or parry. Face tank, and kill faster than they kill you.

For my corpo V it’d probably be a pair of weapons (like Rogue’s Pride and Prejudice, Satori and Nehan, etc.)
Neurotoxin knife called “Nightmare” — black colour scheme with the capsule faintly glowing red, and the iconic effect would be that all hits that don’t one-tap the enemy don’t bust your stealth and inflict Fear state (enemy is stationary and shoots everyone in their view cone)
Paired with a Tamayura with an extended barrel, integrated suppressor and an extended magazine, called “Slayer” — Also black colour scheme with anodized red accents, and the iconic effect would be 100% critical chance against enemies in Fear state

Achilles but instead of 5 projectiles, you shoot a single projectile with 5x the damage and 80% critical chance. Fully charged adds 1.5x multiplier on critical damage.

Mine? Well if I’m free to make one up, “Party Popper”, Iconic Monowire: 1st hit 60% chance to upload Contaigen, 4th hit 90% chance to upload Overheat, switching targets resets proc sequence.
One for each life path would be neat:
Nomad: Mad Bakker – a sawn off Igla that can be used while in a vehicle.
Streetkid: V for Victory – a full auto unity
Corpo: Blood Money – a Kenshin that that auto looks cash from killed enemies.

Probably the Malorian. Given my V stormed Arasaka Tower solo with the Canto and the Malorian as his only weapons I’d say he’s earned the right to call the Malorian his gun now
I’m inagining V’s iconic gun to be the Unity that she pulls whenever she uses a gun in a cutscene. I’d probably make it integrally suppressed and give it a hefty stealth and crit chance and damage multiplier.
The model could look like a cross between a Unity and a Liberty. Basically the Unity with a slightly longer barrel (not as long as the Liberty’s, mind you) and the bulk in front of the trigger is the suppressor.
A machete, where you get to berserker frenzy after hitting two opponents within one second.

Perk: No longer can be charged but has max semi auto fire rate as possible and has extra armour piercing to make up for the no charge.
The Omaha had become my v’s go to gun of choice in every playthrough. Just sucks how the fire rate got slowed in later patches
