As someone with nightblindness, I usually have to crank up the brightness so much it’s like there’s a white filter applied to everything because apparently modern devs think any space not covered by a floodlight must be painted in vantablack.

I always turn it up one or two notches after the image is ‘noticeable’ which can be hard to tell because after I see it, I know its there and think it’s visible no matter what, even though I didn’t see it at first.
