Haven’t played in Months, is this Loadout bug a known issue and is there a work around?

Known bug.
Someone told you keep your classes to 3 maximum and it will never happen.
I was playing last night and had 4 classes and this kept happening.
Removed one and it didn’t happen for the remainder of my evening.
