    For me it was the blue light of my monitor for a long time.

    It messes up your whole melatonin system.

    Buy blue light filter glasses or turn on the windows night mode, and set it to at least 50%.

    Also use a bluelightfilter on your phone.

    It works wonders!

    Literally me right now. Went to bed at 11pm and here I am still awake at 5:40am 😭

  3. Yeah I’m not touching any competitive multiplayer for at least 3 hours before bed time
