Robocop are great franchise and games.
I uninstalled it the same day I downloaded it. Terrible game.

I tried it, I get it, he’s a robot. But the movement just felt so boxy I couldn’t get into it.

What ruined it for me is going back through the building to get to the exit and finding all the bodies disappeared magically.
It’s really immersion breaking to not be able to see the carnage you caused in retrospect, felt like Hotline Miami but without the feeling you get walking out.
Kinda counter intuitive seeing how the robocop (player)’s the one to try positioning himself behind object while the supposedly human opponents just stood there in the open being completely fearless.

Absolutely loved Rogue City and the Terminator game.
Yet to try this Expansion, though. Definitely on the list.

I do like the game, the problem is you cannot save properly. So I either have to play it for like an hour+ or not play it all.
I love this game, but, while I love the overall movie-accurate tankiness, I think the possibility to crouch would be good, especially because robocop is kneeling in some cutscenes 😀

I’m impressed they got all the original actors as VAs for their character in the game, it greatly contributes to the nostalgia feel of the game. Which is good, it does all the heavy lifting here because the gameplay sure doesn’t.
played the base game, as a robocop game its pretty good, as a shooter it’s casual fun, more of a cool youtube clip simulator than a game. It started with health regen’s in popular military shooters, but it’s dumb to be slow tank who can take a bunch of bullets and spray enemies whose hardest difficulty setting could be called dearest friend difficulty when they are trying to kill you. I don’t like to be mean but I wish people played real games

Is this the newly released DLC?
I was so impressed with this game. Tried it on a whim when it came to game pass and was immediately drawn in. It was like an 80s action movie turned directly into a videogame. Over the top portrayals of violence (gibbing, big explosions, loud guns, rag doll effects, environment destruction, etc), gritty story, a real grimy look to everything, cheesy one-liners. Plus the way the hud feels adds great immersion, especially aiming/scanning. Turned me into a Robocop fan rather than just a Robocop perceiver. Planning on getting my hands on as much Robocop stuff as possible

Neither Terminator Resistance or Rogue City are particularly exceptional games but they’re incredibly faithful to the spirit of the films. That’s what’s most important.

I bought the game this sale and it’s next on the backlog list. Never saw any movie though so hope I’ll still like it.
It’s kind of funny how (in general) enemies just stand there while all of their comrades have been gunned down without the robot taking even a scratch.
You think they’d run but it wouldn’t make much of a game.
