I think whats striking is nothing he says is revelatory or particularly unique but hearing it from a creator and leader of his stature kind of is….he’s got that grounded,approachable mentality that seems to completely disintegrate when you have these corporate slugs that come in and are there purely for wealth extraction once a company is public. His answers feel genuine vs a constructed persona.

Definitely need people you can trust, no doubt. I’ve seen so many other companies go down because they were betrayed by their own staff.
