If I have any request for the next game I want tattoos that I don’t have to equip
Dude switched out my Smartlink for that Tattoo, and then I stood in front of Maelstromers and couldnt hit the side of a barn.
I love this tattoo and i can’t bring myself to take it off after so i just leave it on the whole game lol (my main V is a melee build so i don’t need that slot much anyways)

Sure, it replaces the smart link, or other slot implants, however, IIRC, it also fills the requirement for slot based perks.
I love it so much, wish Johnny could get a matching one 🥲
They need to fix the way this tattoo works. It should be a proper part of the character model and not an accessory or “equipment.” Just let it be removed through the mirror or a ripper if the player doesn’t want it.
