    Not being removed from Warzone

It very clearly says MWII and MWIII modes are being removed, not all MW content in general

  3. So does that means that all MW2 and MW3 weapons and skins will be removed from Warzone on the 7th ? That’s what I understand at least.

“Presumably Warzone” man you guys really don’t understand how Warzone and CoD HQ works.

All this means is that MWII and MWIII won’t be accessible through CoD HQ, but as their own separate installation. As with older titles.

BO6 IS “Warzone.” MWII and MWIII are not attached to Warzone. All they do is port everything from MWII and MWIII into BO6 and make it only accessible from within the BR mode INSIDE BO6.

In WZ1, they took content from CW and VG and ported it over to MW, and made that content only accessible within the BR mode. Here, it is the opposite: they take content from the PREVIOUS titles, port them over to the new title, and do the same thing.

  5. They gave up on COD HQ? Fucking good, it was an idea that shouldn’t have ever existed lmfao.

Now, as for people who don’t understand, that’s an issue of skill. They aren’t removing your shit, they are just removing the game from being installed with COD HQ. Meaning you don’t need MWII or MWIII assests installed to play the latest version of the game (Which you didn’t need to do anyway but this makes it easier to understand).

So if you want to install MWII or MWIII, you can install it separately. Without needing to go to the COD HQ app to do it.

  6. The reactions on a tweet like this show me how cooked this new generation is. Can’t even comprehend what they’re reading anymore. Jesus christ.

Nothing is getting removed from Warzone…

While on one hand this is a very great change for MWIII and MWII players, this probably means that the players will have to redownload all the shop-related textures (guns and ops) even if they already have warzone or viceversa, which probably applies for calling cards and such but who cares about pngs and gifs

So either they figured out a way to share gamefiles across games, or MWII and MWIII content is being booted off warzone with Bo7, either way I’ll probably reinstall MWIII and enjoy a fun cod
