That bike is pretty much the only thing I ever drive in the game because of Akira.

I love the Kusanagi, which is both clearly a reference to both Akira in shape and GITS in name.
…but, ironically, I’ve found it’s the hardest bike to do the actual iconic Akira slide on. Too much momentum, it just doesn’t want to turn that sharply and doesn’t want to *stop* turning once you manage to get it started.
I haven’t gotten a crack at the 2.3 content yet so I don’t know how the new Murasama does, but the [modded version](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/20992?tab=description) available before it became official in 2.3 is good enough at the slide that you can pick one specific gangoon and flatline him with the back wheel, with a little practice.
(Phenomenal shot, choom. An obvious and loving homage, but also its’ own thing… like the Kusanagi is to Kaneda’s bike.)
