In your other post you say that this happens in every game, so why ask in the pubg subreddit? Clearly pubg isn’t the problem (usually it is tough)

Try disable window quick start up in power option then reset your PC

This game uses lot of power for such a old looking game. It’s crazy. Just lower the displays from ultra to low. That prob will fix this.

delete appdata\local\tlsgame folder
beware it will remove settings/controls.. backup first

Looks like lag rather than stutters. Your fps doesn’t go down that much to cause such huge stutters like that.

The 14700, do you use the latest Bios?
Those CPU-s are known for stability issues and degradation if not using the latest Bios(es), and once it degrades there’s no fix.

If you play on Steam, enable the Steam performance monitoring overlay. This will provide answers to many questions.
