Ok so it absolutely is a meta guns, adjacent with the type 63.
Infinite 1 tap to the head, consistent 2 tap at basically any range in mp. I specifically bought a bunch of the Gundam guns just to get prestige coins for this sks skin. The iron sight takes some getting used to, but its so unique i love it.
In ranked I use this skin and my vmp more than anything else. Its great for bigger maps like standoff and firing range, perfect for a passive playstyle and holding angles in snd, and so much fun to master. Keep in mind that the sks is a high skill high reward gun. There’s a reason it was Banned from pro competitions for so long.. in the right hands its a monster

Br it’s barely used. Unless you have the legendary sniper mod. But in MP it’s a 2 hit👌

Use the base version first to get used to playing with a marksman with the speed and playstyle, then if you enjoy it get the legendary skin.

I’ve owned that skin since 2023 and it’s not worth it. Just go for another legendary sks in the for you draw section.

Sks is my favourite marksman, uses sniper ammo,
If i can get the gold automatic perk, its essentially a long range assault rifle, but using different ammo so giving me 700 rounds if i have to fight long contacts, vehicles.
You can just single tap for long range engagement,
Not as effective as DLQ but with 30 rounds magazine, it does the job.

I would 100 percent get it. This and the original version are my favorite sks skins. The sks is probably always going to be in the meta just based on the type of gun it is. If I had the opportunity to get this I would in a second.
