Hello Potential_Abalone438, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

I mean they’re pretty old, I would never build something with them but I’m sure you can get some decent change selling all that

Update bios and upgrade cpu to 5600 or so and use that 32gb ddr4. Depending on gpu it would play 1080p just fine

I can tell you that this board is the one I have right now and it performs quite well. B450m Hdv from Asrock, if I can handle this (5500×3090) you can too

I’m literally in the middle of building a PC with the Ryzen 5 1600 and a GTX 1070ti. It’s my buddy’s old PC that I’m now dressing up. It plays Cyberpunk on high at 30+ frames per second on high settings a 3440 x 1440 (21×9 Ultrawide) and 57 FPS on low settings. My GPU is the bottleneck right now, but it’s a $100 GPU at this point.

It’s probably very similar or better than the experience on PS4 if you find a graphics card for a couple hundred dollars and a case. It also has a great upgrade path with the AM4 socket. You can still get newer chips for that socket that will work for the mobo. Look up the Ryzen 5600 or 5700. However the video card is going to be your main limitation for gaming so spend the money on that if you can initially.

Pick the most modern AAA game that you really want to play and look up the recommended system requirements. See if it meets those specs. Indie games, PS4 games, e-sports titles are all going to work great. Even newer games like Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, you can meet minimum specs if you find an RTX 2070 or RX 6700XT. Just don’t expect to play the latest AAA games with it before upgrading the CPU.

And if that doesn’t work for you, flip it all for $100 and use it as a downpayment on what you do want.
