Finally. I don’t know what 3arc would do if patching games wasn’t a thing like in the PS2 era.

In the PS2 era they wouldn’t have had to worry about post launch content which adds more bugs for them to fix

I mean did you ever play the last-gen ports of BO3? Cause that’s a pretty good example of what their games look like (bug-wise) when nobody bothers patching them.

  3. They would have to actually release a finished and tested product and wouldn’t be able to layoff all of their quality assurance testers

Ur really gonna say this about a post launch attachment for a post launch gun? If patching games wasn’t a thing the TR2 wouldn’t exist and neither would ANY of the conversions. Most of the old cods launched with maybe a couple conversions if that

  5. Saying this when older games were also filled with bugs is funny to me

  6. They would probably be given the time and money to test and fix issues instead of get it out the door as fast as possible to keep the money flowing for the exec’s on top

We would get games with less bugs but they would get released more infrequently. Pick your poison.

    Oh no a minor bug

(Not to mention as others have said, you wouldn’t have the TR-2 or its full auto mod if they couldn’t release patches)

it doesn’t really make it “Full auto”, it feels like they just changed the delay in milliseconds from burst (5ms (guessing)) to 1ms. It’s still weird imo.. like if you single fire it, it still shoots 3 bullets

Where do you find today’s patch notes at? I looked at their website and the last thing they had was July 8
