Looks really cool.
The foreground where the player can interact looks really polished.
I especially like the neon signs already in there.
What puts me a bit off is the background with its dark buildings and big windows, since it reminds me rather of a skyline from the 80s.
I think in a cyberpunk setting those bigger buildings would be plastered with advertisement or with more vertical or horizontal stretched windows.
Since buildings big enough to be seen from afar would be owned by corpos, which would either ask for a ton of rent for high quality livingspace (with modern windows), or by blocking the inhabitants view with ads, to generate profit.
Also dont forget the light pollution generated by the citylights and those flashy ads. This would make the “nightsky” rather bright.
No matter what, keep it going. Looks promising to me.

Graffiti could be a nice addition. The downtrodden underclass pushing back against the corporations. Especially away from the main street.
