Try a different charger (or get a new one) check whether there are some bent or broken contacts in the charging port (depending on what port it has for charging). I remember fixing the ethernet cable port by “un-bending” the metal strips in my laptop.

Probably a bad battery. Does it turn on if you remove the battery and have it plugged in?

We bringing back this cringe format for crying?

I’ve got a similar problem, perhaps someone could help?

About a year ago my laptop stopped charging, but still worked when plugged in. A couple months ago it stopped working when plugged in. I’ve replaced the battery, and got a new charger. The battery still won’t charge.

No visible damage anywhere, barrel charging port. I’ve tried charging with usb-c and still nothing.
