Blurry image in Warzone even after trying everything

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with blurry visuals in Warzone. I've already tried everything I could find online:
DLSS and DLAA are turned off
Render resolution is set to 100%
Upscaling is disabled (or set to FidelityFX CAS)
Display mode is Fullscreen Exclusive
All post-processing effects like motion blur, depth of field, and film grain are turned off
Shader cache has been reset
NVIDIA Control Panel settings are optimized (GPU scaling, no sharpening, high performance mode)
I even deleted config files from the Documents folder to force a full settings reset
But the image still looks soft and blurry, especially at a distance. I'm playing on an AORUS laptop with an RTX 3070 and a 1080p 240Hz screen.
Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated!

There’s nothing wrong with your game. It’s the “cel-shading” filter available to everyone on Rebirth Island. It’ll be gone in a few days.
Lol only Activision could come up with an event so bad it makes people think their game is broken
it’s only cel shaded on rebirth quads. solos & duos are cool, casual & ranked isn’t cel shaded either.

honestly, i need to understand how a collective group of people saw this and all said “yes this is a good idea”. i need to meet this people to assess how braindead they are.
It’s so bad. Legit cant see anyone when dropping in or at moderate distances.

i saw somewhere that they render these maps in 4K resolution and if you’re playing in anything lower than 4K then it looks like shit

A friend of mine hopped on after a few week break and as soon as the game starts goes, “oh fuck I gotta restart my game, it looks terrible”
