I got banned for 10 years and checked my emails for possible reasons and just found out that apple refunded 2400 CP on my account without me knowing it. Now I am willing to pay the 2400CP back just please let me have access on my account to correct this mistake

You cant appeal to remove a 10 year ban its a manual perma ban if you’d like to know more search 10 year ban this subreddit
You can try your luck by appealing. If it’s rejected then you have no choice but to wait for 10 years.
That is not the ban message you get for chargebacks?
