Id say this is more for mid round situations to get a flash over for your teammate so he can get Intel by fountain. In the beginning of the round a con player can run straight to con and do a double click flash and it’ll work just as good. Paired with this flash though would be insane if you got 3 players outside bathrooms early round. Also does nobody through the flash from bathroom to party stairs anymore? This usually flashes both long and fountain.
