Well you can construct ammo **very** cheaply in your crafting screen.
So unless you stopped paying attention, you can refill all your ammo between fights.
It’s my only complaint about the game… ammo is more plentiful than NiCola and bottled water and if you DO forgot to loot an area you can just build your own ammo
Plan B would be a really cool gun if ammo was more scarce, but you get reduced dps compared to tougher Liberty variants for nearly unlimited ammo. In a world where ammo is plentiful.

For a while I played with the Stock Market mod. Tons of fun and a good side revenue stream. Eventually I had something like 10M eddies. Using Plan B was just plain silly to see.
