isnt the reason we need those to cover the “bad” signatures, but arent most of those gonna be bad aswell? also small question im not in the eu but i have friends there which i know where they live can i fill the form with their info as im sure they didnt do it? or is that identity fraud and i shouldnt do it (im thinking it’s identity fraud)
