Its a solid gunsmith. Locus is a snioer ive gotten into recently (amusingly, thanks to that legendary), and its got real good damage and stats tbh

Guys, remember that his build is supposed to be passive and tactical to hold angles and ambush flankers, not slide into wide open areas for God to see and quick-scope like an epileptic.
Idk I use the snipers for pvp or thinks like that. I only care about mobility
The recommended loadout is pretty good already js use that
