this hapoens when you attempt to log in with a linked account that isn’t logged in on your phone.
If your account is linked, then you have to sign into the linked account before you open pubg.
Exit out of the pubg app and open up your Facebook app and sign in there before trying again.

If you have the Facebook app installed, log out, update the Facebook app if possible, and log in again. Open PUBG and log in. This worked for me. Good luck
