Tbh you probably just won’t get it to work on an IMC level. However you can try lowering vddp to 1.05v and raising vpp to 1.85v

That’s probably not gonna work. You might have to go into tweaking the resistances maybe.
First try running at JEDEC timings (all auto) to ensure your motherboard and CPU can handle this speed at all.

As others have said, highly unlikely to work. I’d be very surprised if SCL 8 would work if 8400MT/s was obtainable.
See if you can get 8000/8100/8200. You’ll see both SCL values may need changes as you increase MEMCLK. That will also give you an idea if 8400 worked, what you may need.

I would start with very loose memory timings and finetuning vsoc, iod voltages and resistances including procodt, ClkDrvStr and termination resistances too. The IMC can probably do 8400/2100 but your Motherboard might have problems with it. 1.25v vsoc might even be too much, as you only run 2100 uclk with 2100fclk. Its usually recommended that you test it with Y cruncher VT3. If you can get that stable 6++ hours then move onto dialing in your timings and stress test it with karhu/testmem5 0.13.
