PCs fan wouldn’t spin because of a dram issue cleaned them now they spin but does a weird start up and I get no display to my screen and the dram led lights up while it’s starting up

   try with 1 stick and test both. I guess you cant access to bios. you can still try clear cmos or remove motherboard battery for a good 10min at very least.
