    Best: Reed Worst: Reed

    I love the character of Reed. He’s a loyal soldier fighting for a dead ideal. He’s a man who has an unrequited love for his country, yet refuses to step away from the NUSA.

    The best part is he’s NOT an idiot or naive. He knows those in command are abusing his trust. He knows his decisions lead to unjust outcomes. He just keeps knowingly lying to himself… and he feels the weight.

    I feel like Reed is what Captain America would be if he just followed orders.

    I just can say all girlies wished Takemura could be dated instead of River Ward, so in my perception, these two answer the question.

    Best: Vik and Misty

    Worst: Woodman, Jotaro, and that one father son duo

    In terms of characterization and writing:

    Best: Reed, So Mi, and Johnny

    Worst: Myers and River (neither of which is terribly written by any means, just one note to me compared to other major characters)

    Panam is annoying tbh. If Panam was a dude instead of a chick with a fat ass that is introduced to you 90 degrees bent over…you would hate them, even if literally nothing was changed from the writing other than the character model and voice actor.

    You’d call them immature and stupid, lol.

    I saw this, verbally said “Oh yeah!! That guy was a piece of shit.” and my boyfriend is about to do is first *ever* playthrough so I just said “You’ll know when you get there.” when he looked at me.

    Hot take;
    Best: Yorinobu. Hear me out. He’s an asshole, but he also knew the problems with Arasaka and what his father was wanting to do to his own son, that’s why he left, that’s why he killed his father if that’s what you want to believe. He knew what Arasaka was was bad and I truly believe that. He wanted to destroy it from the inside and his father showing up during your heist lined up perfectly.

    Now for a not so hot take:
    Worst: Really a group of them but the group of guys that kidnaps children, does unspeakable things, records it, and sells the recordings…

    I’d say Jackie. He’s a fan favorite for a reason. That reason being that he’s one of those people that try to find a bright side to situations and his loyalty to V.

    Worst character would be the man who SA’d Evelyn. I always kill that disgusting fuckass excuse of a human being.

    If u do the panam ending with male v I genuinely think she might be the most ride or die like Jackie was, worst character was that Jamaican dude who tried to kill u multiple times by sending u on suicide missions

    Judy is my fav, but if I have to go for the best written one, then I guess SoMi.

    Poorly written, I have to agree for River.

    And as a bad person, they were pretty much listed, but I guess Woodman for me, because his actions personally affect us and characters close to us, so it’s more impactful somehow.

    Even though this can be said for Dex, too, I can understand him killing V to cover his ass to some extent, while Woodman was doing it for pleasure.

    In terms of character writing, the best written character has to go to johnny in my opinion. A bundle of contradictions, self hatred, outward hatred, and incomplete ideals. And yet you get a good sense of who he is.

    The worst written character? Placide.

    They give him a unique model, make him seem like he’s going to have some impact, show him off as a people person to his crew and people… but he’s just a mook with an extra large lifebar that you ice when the two gigs are over… i know he’s just a villain but he had a lot of build up for nothing

    Best: Tiny Mike, wish there was so much more with him as a character.
