    Wrong slots, try only 1 stick in the second slot, if it boots, put the 2nd stick in slot 4

    Move your ram sticks over a slot each from a1, b1 to a2, b2. For 2 sticks you should be in the a2, b2 in almost any motherboard I have seen. Even an XMP (Intel) or EXPO (AMD) profile can not boot cause the sticks are not in the correct slots.

    Some boards don’t allow you to use A1, B1 without having A2, B2 populated either. So for 2 sticks, you should use the next slots over, A2, B2
