Five years ago (July 17, 2020), all I wanted was to become a samurai.
But then I discovered Photo Mode… and ended up spending 40 hours just posing in flower fields.
What part of Ghost of Tsushima left the biggest impression on you?
For me, it’s definitely those bamboo strike mini games. 😂🗡️

Oh I hated those bamboo strike things. My favorite part honestly was the story but I love a good story driven rpg. I already ordered ghost of yotei as well.

After the news of Ghost of Yotei and Miike Mode, I have rewatched 13 assasins already, and planning to replay tsushima too. Such a beautiful game.

I just recently played Ghost of Tsushima and man i gotta say it’s one of the best gaming experiences Ive ever had.

This game blew me away. The visuals are breathtaking, and the combat feels really satisfying, whether you go full samurai or stealthy ghost. Loved how the open world lets you explore without feeling overwhelmed by markers. Some side quests felt a bit repetitive, but the story and characters kept me hooked the entire time.

Most blown away I’ve ever been from a game. Its easily in my top 3

The visual design in this game is just so freaking good

I still haven’t finished AC Shadows and probably never will (lol) but I have to hold back on replaying Tsushima by constantly reminding myself that Yotei is coming out soon

The combat is good, the boss fight mechanics are fantastic, but good lord that game got so repetitive I never finished it. I completed the second area and DLC island and it just started to feel like a collectathon. There just wasn’t enough variety in the side objectives, or even most of the missions. It’s all just copy paste.

It’s also way too easy on Lethal difficulty, especially once you get decent gear and most of the upgrades.

For what it’s worth this is also coming from someone who shits on people all the time for using the lazy ass “Ubisoft slop” comparison to criticize any open world game with map markers.

  8. This was my last game on the PS4. A perfect and beautiful swan song.

    Can’t wait for Yotei! 🥷

Photo mode is neat, but I can’t imagine squeezing 40 hours of entertainment out of it.

One of these overrated Sony Games. Just like HZD the Core of the Game is Ubishit Formula. Both HZD and this could have been made by Ubishit. If you add a Itemshop its literally like any fucking Ubishit Game.

  11. Very impressive of Jin considering cameras don’t get invented till the 1800s.
