Well in the US at least, the FTC says items sent that were not ordered are legally considered gifts and you cannot be compelled to return them or retroactively be made to pay for them. The shipper can request that you return them, but they are obligated to cover all shipping and restocking costs and you can still say no. I’m not sure how other countries do this, so look into whatever the consumer protection agency for your country says if not in the US.

I wish games could utilize 2 gpus well. You can install them both, but it’s not going to deliver much or any performance boost in gaming. Your most efficient move would be to sell one.

I brought a Ryzen 3700 some years ago and they (Amazon) sent two. I tried to return the second one for three days. After trying I sent it to some guy in Africa I still occasionally play Ark and 7DTD with.

If it’s a big company I would probably pay it forward if I didn’t need it. If it’s from “Mom and Pops PC” I would do the right thing.
I’ve told this story about 800 times here but my buddy ordered a $20 EVGA mouse and was accidentally sent an Asus ROG Strix 4090. The seller was a small time guy that worked out of his home and had put the wrong shpping label on each box as the correct receipt was in it. The buyer even paid like $125 for overnight shipping. It was like $1800 total or something. Buddy called the seller and returned the GPU the following day.
Not going to say if you should or shouldn’t, but I’ll leave my two cents
Did these come from a major retailer? Often incidents like these don’t get reported, or they decline to take it back due to cost/management of inventory, etc
Did this come from a private seller? If an individual screwed up and sent 2, well, use your judgement there
