Glitching below the map is actually very common throughout call of duty history because people keep finding ways to clip through the map , you can see it didn’t work out for him at the end you can go in but can’t get out

you got his ID , now what ? how to report ?
the only way i know is to try to add him as friend using name only without ID , it will give you list of similar names , you choose the correct one by checking the info or something.
sadly i don’t think we have any of those ACTV support in this Sub.
