I found that it may be Micron Rev. E ram, which seems to be solid stuff. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
Micron 16Gb E, frequency caps out around 4000 MT/s with some samples only doing 3600.
Might do 4000 18-22-22, but probably won’t. tRFC should do 310 ns
