Do normal matches and just aim for their heads. You’ll get a horrible k/d but every other kill will be a headshot. I did these (also for the ak) in maybe 25 matches, so a little over two hours.
Rapid fire and cranked are good modes. Really anything that lets you get kills faster. Free for all could also work.
I found that long-distance headshots are harder to get than close-range ones. Close-range you just spray left and right at head height ; long-distance you have to actually aim.
For long shots I use the oasis map
For long shots I do crash on frontline.
If you don’t spawn on the bottom side just quit and start a new game.
Largest scope you can play decent with, usually 3x and all damage/vert recoil attachments.
Go up on the top story and pick off bots
Run Kill Confirmed Shoothouse especially when doing ARs, SMGs and LMGs. I got all of them to diamond within I wanna saw 2 months taking a break from camo grinding here and there. Currently have a couple shotguns left which I’m just running Kill Confirmed or Hardpoint on shipment for that. For snipers and marksman I’ve did a couple and found nuke town is best in my opinion.

Hardpoint on Crossfire. Camp in the buildings at the ends of the straight aways with munitions crate on and camp it out til you get 39 more.
